Human Capital as a Service (HCAS) is focused on developing and delivering a Human Capital Platform of products and research, enabling digital organization and helping clients improve their performance and better adapt to disruption in their business. HCAS delivers insights to clients through a modern, digital destination for employees, managers, and HR Professionals. This offering helps organizations to move faster, adapt quickly, learn rapidly, and embrace a dynamic workforce.

Work you’ll do:

As a Workday AMS Manager in our HCAS AMS HCM Operate practice, you should expect to be involved in the following:

  • Lead Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday
  • Lead workstreams for Phase X (single module) deployments in Workday HCM space (HCM, Basic & Advance Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, integrations, Reporting, Security, Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking)
  • Deliver Workday projects in the space of additional country roll outs, M&A.
  • Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization
  • Serve as an SME/SMA to other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise
  • Lead and deliver our AMS engagements by providing services in your module of expertise, working seamlessly with our onshore and offshore teams
  • Able to guide, communicate and educate our clients on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience working in Workday HCM configuration/integrations
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience, preferably with Workday Partners or Clients using Workday as HCM system
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
  • Ability to travel 10 - 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors yu serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Active Workday Certification(s)
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Managerial experience
  • Experience with Excel, Visio and Power point

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circ*mstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 - $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
